Media plays a key role in this context, last but not least as media coverage influences the ideas about education. On the other side media companies do need a well educated staff, though moreUneed has learned over the years that highly qualified staff is difficult to find. Often companies showed a poor performance not due to missing analysis and strategies but due to the difficulties to hire qualified personnel. moreUneed has decided to help filling this gap. We understand our role as an interface between media businesses and educational facilities. moreUneed initiated a dialogue between universities and corporations. A major topic is the creation of comparable educational standards.
